1. Provider and contact

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure and notify us promptly of unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent harm.

3. The service and AI results

Superphoto processes property photographs, suggests classifications and creates AI-enhanced images. AI output is probabilistic: it may be inaccurate, unexpected or change details. You must inspect each result before publishing it and ensure your listing remains truthful and complies with the rules of any platform where you use it. Superphoto does not guarantee increased views, bookings, revenue or acceptance by a third-party platform.

We may improve, add or retire features. If a material change substantially reduces a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload and of your rights in resulting images. You grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure and support the service. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups and legal retention duties.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all uploaded or imported content and that our processing will not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive or sensitive content unrelated to the service. You are responsible for shared-gallery links and their recipients.

5. Coins, prices and payment

Coins are prepaid units used only for eligible Superphoto processing. They are not money, stored value, transferable property or redeemable for cash. The checkout shows the pack, total price, currency and applicable tax before purchase. Stripe processes payment. Coins are credited after confirmed payment and deducted according to the enhancement option shown in the app.

Unless checkout explicitly says otherwise, coin packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. We may change future prices or coin costs, but changes do not alter completed purchases. We may correct an obvious pricing or crediting error and will provide the remedy required by law.

6. Immediate performance and withdrawal

If you are an EEA/UK consumer, you may have a statutory cancellation period for a distance contract. When you ask us to provide digital services or content immediately, checkout may ask for your express request to begin before that period ends and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the digital content is supplied or the service is fully performed. This does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Acceptable use

You must not probe or bypass security; scrape or overload the service; automate access without permission; resell accounts or coins; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; upload malware; impersonate others; infringe rights; or use generated images to misrepresent a property or deceive guests. Third-party imports must use content you are authorised to process and must comply with the third party's terms.

8. Intellectual property

Superphoto, its software, interface, brand, templates and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. Apart from your content, no rights are transferred to you. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superphoto is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights and other liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

Subject to the previous sentence, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost bookings, business interruption, or decisions based on unreviewed AI output. For business users, our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the amount paid to Superphoto in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Superphoto or request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk or legal requirement, normally giving notice where appropriate. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain in effect, including ownership, payment obligations and liability provisions.

11. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens, Greece, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their residence. We will give reasonable notice of material changes; continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
